We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Supply Chain Coordinator to support our dynamic Supply Chain Department for 3 months temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and eager to grow their career with a reputable and growing company.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Manage Local and overseas supplier purchasing and process, including maintaining supplier pricelists.
- Supervision of the OGL inventory replenishment process from central manufacturing and Bulk store to branches.
- Slow moving and dead stock supervision including rotation
- Supervise Export order process to ensure great service and on time supply.
- OGL Fiji and Samoa SAP Master data updates
-Costing for all import and any sales tender requirements
-conducting stock take monthly and quarterly for all branches.
- sending import paper work to Customs agent for clearance of cargo on timely manner
-Handling supplier warranty issue for any complaints from territory sales or retail team.
-weekly update to sales team on stock arrival.
-Monthly reports for opens Purchase orders.
-Any other task assigned by the department head.
Requirements:
• Qualification in related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude
