Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

•Process customer orders accurately and efficiently on SAP & Track-about Software
• Handle counter sales, customer enquiries, quotations and cash transactions professionally.
• Ensure showroom presentation, shelves, displays and stock arrangement are 
         maintained at all times.
• Verify inventory levels and ensure stock availability is organized and controlled.
• Manage stock movements, credit notes and inventory transfers accurately.
• Ensure daily banking and COD reconciliations are completed with no discrepancies.
• Monitor open sales orders, back-orders and pending customer deliveries.
• Maintain accountability and responsibility for all branch operational duties assigned.
• Support branch operations and ensure all tasks are completed within required timeframes.
• Maintain strong customer service standards and professional communication.
• Assist with showroom cleanliness, safety and overall branch presentation.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn SAP & Track-About systems.
• Must have clean police clearance record.
• Must hold a clean Group 2 driving license added advantage.
