Job Overview

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leadership & Team Management: Motivate and guide teams through coaching and
performance management.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short and long-term category strategies aligned
with business goals and market trends.
• Assortment Management: Optimize product mix, and assist in store layouts and visual
merchandising across all locations.
• Pricing & Promotions: Set competitive pricing and design impactful promotional campaigns.
• Inventory Management: Use data-driven insights to maintain optimal stock levels, product
lifecycles, and minimize dead stock.
• Market Analysis: Research trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to enhance customer
experience.
• Performance Measurement: Monitor category performance and identify improvement
opportunities.
• Supplier Relations: Negotiate contracts and ensure product availability.
• Innovation & Technology: Drive process improvements and leverage ERP systems for
efficiency.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to policies and mitigate risks.
