QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Quality Management, Food Science, Textile Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Recognized ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
Recognized ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industry and auditing experience.
Strong understanding of management system standards, auditing principles, and certification requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Experience conducting first, second, or third-party audits.
Strong technical knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Ability to plan, conduct, and report audits independently.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
Professional attitude with sound decision-making capability.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Experience in the following sectors will be a significant advantage:

Construction
Food Manufacturing & Processing
Electrical & Electronics
Textile & Apparel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits in accordance with accreditation and certification requirements.
Prepare audit plans, reports, and certification documentation.
Evaluate management systems for compliance with applicable standards.
Ensure technical accuracy and timely completion of audit deliverables.
Conduct opening and closing meetings with clients.
Provide technical guidance throughout the certification process.
Support business development initiatives and technical discussions when required.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service.
