Banquet Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Provide compelling communication to potential guests about the brand, facility, and menus.
Manage day-to-day sales activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
Oversee event execution through entrée service whenever possible to ensure proper timing and complete guest satisfaction.
Possess in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus.
Be responsible for achieving the budget goal for banquets and catering and maximizing revenue.
Manage Banquets services in specific areas such as MICE or weddings and improve productivity, quality, service, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
Reservation Agent
Key Responsibilities
Handle reservation inquiries using computerized reservation systems to book rooms and restaurant reservations for customers.
Provide information about services, rates, and availability.
Process payments for reservations and issue confirmation details to customers.
Assist customers in planning travel or accommodation arrangements by offering recommendations and information about different options.
Handle changes, cancellations, or upgrades to existing reservations.
Resolve customer complaints or issues related to their reservations.
Work closely with other departments, such as sales and front desk, to ensure seamless customer service.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and transactions.
Prerequisite
Possess a degree, diploma, or professional qualification from a recognized professional institution.
Exceptional analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and team management skills.
A warm personality and positive work attitude.
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Age below 40 years.
Selected candidates will be provided with accommodation, uniforms, meals on duty, and an attractive remuneration package.
