Guest Relationship Officer

We are currently seeking a motivated, dedicated, and detail-oriented Guest Relationship Officer to join the growing team at Turtle Bay Beach Resort in Sri Lanka. This is an excellent Full-time opportunity (On Site) for a professional looking to make an immediate impact and advance their career within the Front Office & Guest Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections, premises surveillance, and access control monitoring.
• Ensure the safety and protection of employees, visitors, equipment, and facility assets.
• Promptly report any security breaches, unusual incidents, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain visitor logs, enforce safety protocols, and assist in emergency response procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in security operations, facility safety, or defense services is preferred.
• High level of integrity, alertness, physical fitness, and professional conduct.
• Strong communication skills and ability to respond calmly in emergency situations.
