We are currently seeking a motivated, dedicated, and detail-oriented Chef De Party to join the growing team at Turtle Bay Beach Resort in Sri Lanka. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day operational tasks, workflows, and deliverables with high quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate effectively with team members and department heads to support organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, problem resolution, and service improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and periodic progress reporting.
