**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Analyze financial data to derive insights and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on business initiatives.
- Facilitate audits by external auditors and ensure timely responses to audit inquiries.
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Oversee tax compliance and ensure adherence to local regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to junior accounting staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.

- Process daily transactions, including invoices, payments, and petty cash.
- Prepare bank and cash reconciliations on a monthly basis.
